I love French toast – I would say that it is by far the most successful marriage between eggs, milk and bread. But you know what’s even better? French toast made with aloe vera yogurt instead of milk. Yes, that’s right. I mixed Alove peach aloe vera yogurt with an egg and soaked bread slices in it, instead of mixing milk and egg. It adds a delicious tang and some lovely peach flavor, along with pieces of aloe vera. Just delightful! Also, if you haven’t tried Japanese milk bread, you’re missing out! It’s soft, pillowy, milky, fluffy and oh-so-delicious! Just the perfect medium for soaking up the Alove yogurt and egg mixture!
